It only needed a bit of sunshine and a host of daffodils were flowering in the graveyard of the old church of St Peter in Stockbridge. The small chapel was originally the chancel of the old 12th century church and was once used as a Mortuary Chapel. It is a grade II listed building and was restored in 1963.
Now who is that walking into my picture!
There are some very old graves in the churchyard with unusual decoration.
The Rolls was waiting for us on our return to the car!
Pretty daffodils! Such a bright and happy sign of spring. X
